C. Our Role

We do not get involved in disputes, determine liability, or issue refunds for completed services. However, we may assist by providing the mechanic’s contact details to help you resolve any issues.
Once the booking confirmation fee has been paid, the service is considered to be purchased directly from the assigned mechanic, not from mobilemechanicderby.co.uk.
D. Service Information and Liability Limitations
Our website promotes various automotive services offered by independent mobile mechanics. We may provide general service descriptions, estimated pricing, and booking assistance.
Mobile mechanics are not employees, agents, or representatives of mobilemechanicderby.co.uk. They operate independently and are fully responsible for the legality, safety, and quality of their work.

F. Booking Policies
